It’s time to mark your calendar for the 21th Annual Excelsior Springs Hospital Golf Tournament! The tournament will be held on Friday, June 3, 2011, at the Excelsior Springs Golf Course in Excelsior Springs.

Excelsior Springs Hospital has been serving the people of Excelsior Springs and surrounding communities since 1904. You, as a supporter of the Hospital, have played a significant role in our growth. Through your continued donations, we have been able to stay abreast of the latest in technology and services for the benefit of our patients. The proceeds from this year’s tournament will be used to support autism services.

As in last year’s tournament we expect another fun-filled event for everyone. The golf tournament will begin with a shotgun start at 12:30 p.m. Registration begins at 11:00 a.m. with lunch being served from 11:00 a.m. until 12:30 p.m. Appetizers will be offered after the tournament for your enjoyment. This tournament has generated an enormous response and support from the community, physicians and vendors.

Please remember that donations of raffle and auction items or hole prizes are always needed. You can also get tremendous exposure for your company by donating promotional items such as pens, golf towels, tees, Koozies, etc. for the 150 player “goodie” bags given to our golfers. All donors will be recognized at the tournament and in the media.

Excelsior Springs Health Care Foundation greatly values your generous contributions. The sign-up sheet below gives details on what sponsors receive. By submitting your sponsorship by May 20, 2011 you will be listed in the golf brochure, which is provided to all participants.

"All Inclusive" entry fees are $160 per player. This fee includes 2 mulligans per person, 1 free raffle ticket, 3 free putts at the putting contest, all hole contests, all players will receive a rolling cooler, additional raffle tickets may be purchased at the tournament. Free lunch - free drinks - free team photo.

Entries limited to 160 players. Singles will be matched with teams by draw.
